The brief: Create new updated book jackets for novels by Mark Newson, illustrating the central theme of these dark thrillers.

The solution: Striking black and white imagery was sourced and used to highlight the darker side of these novels. Distinctive typography and colours were then applied to help associate the original novel and its subsequent sequel.
